After two weeks of campaigning, voting in the 2013 SUSU Student Elections closes in under an hour.
The 64-hour window of voting, which allowed students to vote for a variety of positions including Sabbatical Officers, student leaders, trustees and union councillors, will be closed at 4pm today.
Afterwards, the votes will be electronically counted, with oversight from the returning officers.
With most voters now decided – and most votes now cast – there is now an anxious wait for the the 23 sabbatical candidates, as well as those standing for various student leader positions, who will take a welcome break – along with their teams – from an exhausting fortnight of online and campus campaigning.
The results of all the elections will be broadcast online live on SUSUtv from 9pm, along with live-blog coverage from the Wessex Scene. To take a look at our election coverage so far, take a look here.
