Easy Crispy Chicken Bake (Serves 4) - Enjoy with baked potatoes and corn on the cob.

4 chicken breasts
1 Packet of potato crisps, crushed
150g grated cheddar cheese

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees centigrade
2. Mix grated cheese and crisps
3. Lay chicken breasts in an oven-proof dish and cover well with the cheese and crisp mixture
4. Add pepper to taste
5. Cook chicken for 40 minutes in the pre-heated oven

Cook’s top tips:
- Cheese and onion or Ready Salted crisps work best for this recipe
