Farewell... - The Wessex Scene is saying farewell to long standing/suffering Sports Editor, Mr Simon Webb this issue as he departs newspaper towers for horizons new. A ‘lively’ member of the team, Simon has been known to cause controversy during his two years as Sports Ed, whilst endeavouring to bring the latest goings on in the AU and the top sports stories in the big wide world to you, the readers.

A loving member of staff at Jesters throughout his time in the South, Simon has nevertheless shown endless dedication to the paper over the past few years and in his quest to bring new ideas to the sports section (even when hungover!)
