Like many bands these days, We Are Scientists broke onto the music scene by playing at the South by Southwest festival in the USA. As well as turning heads over the puddle, the British music press suddenly realised the raw potential of this energetic new band. ‘The Great Escape’ is the second single to be taken from the eagerly-awaited debut album, ‘With Love and Squalor’. It is fast-paced and vigorous. It can be best described as guitar music that makes you want to dance. Certainly a band to watch out for in the future.
