MSci Marine Biology – 2nd Year
“I originally started taking photos about 5 or 6 years ago, and these were mostly landscapes on an old film camera. Three years ago one of my friends convinced me to try wildlife photography and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’d like to think that I had my own ‘style’, but honestly I think the way I shoot is very much influenced by people like Andy Rouse and Nick Brandt, although I like to think that I occasionally experiment a little!
I am predominantly a wildlife photographer because of how unique each moment is, and how unpredictable your subject can become. I still do landscapes from time to time, and am always up for trying a new style.”
