Owner of Student NO FEE Dies Suddenly Aged 49

The owner of one of Southampton’s biggest student letting agencies has died suddenly at the age of 49.

Julian Jenkinson, the owner of Student NO FEE, died on a training cycle ride, according to the Daily Echo.

Gaining a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Southampton, in 1996 he bought his first student house and then went on to form the Student NO FEE letting agency, which currently has approximately 230 student properties in Southampton.

Current and future Student NO FEE tenants will be unaffected by the situation.

A keen cyclist and triathlete, he held the British Ironman record from 1995 to 2008.
