Revision sending you to sleep? SUSU announces break activities

VP Academic Affairs, Sasha Watson, has announced exam season relief in the form of activities on the red brick area outside the SUSU Building. Activities including a Bouncy Castle, a Petting Zoo, and a Bungee Run will feature as opportunities to refresh and recharge students during the busy exam season.

The activities are open to all, completely free, and aimed at providing an opportunity to de-stress, as the need to relax during this busy time is conducive to focussed and productive revision.

The full schedule is here:

One of the highlights is the petting zoo, where baby animals – expected to include lambs, piglets, kids, guinea pigs, chicks, and others – will be ready and waiting for eager students to pet away their exam stress.

Sasha has also maintained that volume will not be an issue for students working in the library, as baby animals and people will be the only contributors to noise.

All in all, this promises to be an innovative approach towards helping students recharge during the exam period.
