Indie nightclub Lennon’s, based in St Mary’s, is up for sale.
According to the Daily Echo, the nightclub has gone on the market after the manager looks to change career and the owner wants to retire.
Club manager Thomas Lennon told the paper that the club will remain open “until we find a buyer”.
Lennon’s has been a popular destination for students and locals alike for over 19 years, and has hosted many artists across the years including The Kooks, The 1975 and Royal Blood.
The nightclub, which is based on Onslow Road, is a particular hotspot for students on a Saturday night, which accommodates ‘Club Psychedelia’, playing a combination of alternative tracks from indie to ska, soul and many others.
It is being listed by Christie + Co estate agents for £615,000.
